NatHERS update

The new NatHERS Technical Note became effective from 1 June 2019. This involves assessors requiring/requesting more specific information such as ceiling penetration devices like exhaust fans, rangehoods and lighting. External colour selections will also be more explicitly detailed on the NatHERS certificate. Use of glazing selections in the rating software has also been clarified.
